With comfortable accommodations for more than 65 people (30 at Ocean View Villas, 21 at Villa Caribe & 16 at Puesta del Sol), we offer you relaxing atmospheres and surroundings conducive to good times at a family gathering, and, for corporate groups, inspirational brainstorming and creativity - the perfect environment for getting together... all within the intimate setting of your own private oceanfront retreat.

Situated diagonally across the street from each other, Puesta del Sol and Ocean View Villas sit above the ocean –

(Ocean View Villas with its own private beach) – on San Diego’s beautiful Sunset Cliffs. Puesta del Sol offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths - an ideal setting for multiple families. Ocean View Villas offers five, spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rentals, each with unbelievable ocean views and all with access to our private beach!

Villa Caribe, with its 2-bedroom, three 1-bedrooms and a studio, is situated overlooking the Pacific offering a variety of accommodations just 3 blocks away from Puesta del Sol and Ocean View Villas.

  
Our oceanfront patio, which often plays host to weddings and receptions with up to 200 guests, features ample space, numerous tables and chairs – along with a healthy supply of chaise lounges – and breathtaking views that will only compliment your stay.

Each of our villas can accommodate up to six people with king- and queen-size beds (and queen size sleeper sofas), plush pillows, down comforters and cool, luxurious, 400-500 thread count Sateen sheets.

Each residence also features a magnificent ocean view and either a private patio or balcony. Two of our vacation residences share adjoining doors - perfect for family gatherings or group meetings. Of course just about all of the amenities of home are included: kitchen appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, silverware, plates, cups and glasses, bath towels, soap, linens, blankets and entertainment such as satellite TV, CD player and an outside BBQ.

Also, our vacation residences feature electronic numeric coded entries, which mean no keys for you to worry about. We want your stay to be peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable.
