Although Ocean View Villas is a vacation rental property, we understand that many of our guests will use their stay at Ocean View Villas for something more than an oceanfront vacation -  a family reunion, a wedding, a company retreat, church group gathering and more, therefore, as your special event date approaches and plans are being made, your mindset is probably on your event and not on a vacation.

However, although Watermark Property Mgmt. (Ocean View Villas) has what we feel is a liberal cancellation policy (see below), we would like you to consider travel insurance for your upcoming stay with us.

Even though you may be staying at Ocean View Villas for some other reason beyond a vacation, we are still a vacation rental property and as such we strongly urge you to consider travel insurance to cover any change in your plans. Numerous policies are available from recognized leaders in the industry offering trip interruption, cancellation, lost luggage, weather issues and more. Remember, it’s not so much what you’re doing on your “vacation,” it’s the fact that you are traveling to, and staying at, a vacation rental property that matters.

Watermark Property Mgmt./Ocean View Villas

“Watermark Property Mgmt. Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 180 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For Ocean View Villas cancellations involving a booking of all 5 villas, cancellation notice must be received at least 180 days prior to your scheduled stay. For cancellations made 180 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook the property. If we are unable to rebook all of your reserved villas (e.g., 3 out of 5 villas), then you will receive a partial rent refund based on the rebooking rental amounts received. Cleaning fee(s), occupancy tax(es) and damage deposit(s) will be 100% refunded. Our entire Ocean View Villas property (used for DIY weddings, reunions, church retreats, etc.) consists of 5 villas.

In addition to travel insurance we also offer you the option of Property Damage Protection Insurance. Instead of tying up hundreds of dollars in a damage deposit - returned following your stay, you can pay a small amount ($50 - $75) for Property Damage Protection Insurance and enjoy your vacation - worry free!
