Even though we are an oceanfront vacation rental property, many of you have chosen to host your own wedding
at our location. It's your wedding, you did all the work and we consider the award to be yours!

Our oceanfront, Sunset Cliffs property features five, two-bedroom vacation residences (approx. 700 to 900 sq. ft.) with king- and queen-size beds, plush pillows, down comforters and cool and luxurious, 400-500 thread count Sateen sheets. Each residence also features a magnificent ocean view and either a private patio or balcony. |

Our property is ideal for multi-family vacations and group travel plans where you want to be together and entertain on the patio, but maintain your own living space – the perfect scenario for friends and family. When booking for a DIY special event and exclusive use of the property, all five vacation rentals must be rented. Rates shown are for all 5 rentals together. |

Of course, just about all of the amenities of home are included: kitchen appliances, including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, silverware, plates, cups and glasses; bath towels and soap, linens, pillows and blankets; hair dryers, irons and ironing boards and entertainment such as satellite TV, CD players and clock radios. |

To your left, you'll find Sunset Cliffs Nature Park - a great place to spend the day exploring cliffs, caves and tide pools! Directly in front of you lies your private beach and miles and miles of deep blue ocean... where we often see migrating whales, playful pods of dolphins and adventurous surfers.

A few blocks to your right is the casual seaside town of Ocean Beach, with plenty to do, including dining, shopping, antiquing, surfing, swimming, biking, blading, walking, jogging and fishing! In the evening, enjoy cocktails while listening to the surf, or take a romantic stroll on a long pier - the famous Ocean Beach pier, and enjoy the lights of San Diego from the over-water restaurant. . |

And be sure to catch the fireworks display from Sea World - only 10 minutes away! Return home to your oceanfront hideaway, sip some wine with a loved one, and listen to the waves crash on your private beach. Paradise! |

During the day, enjoy our private beach (subject to the tides), our sun-drenched sand-filled patio, or 6-person hot tub or nap under the shade of our straw-covered palapa. If you do choose to explore, you are close to all San Diego has to offer: 10 sec from the beach, 30 sec from Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, 4 min to the heart of OB and dining, shopping, antiquing, taverns, sightseeing and, of course, beaches! 6 min to the charming village of old Pt. Loma, with its shops, restaurants and the San Diego Yacht Club, 10 min to Sea World, Old Town and more! Fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount is due to secure your reservation. The final balance, including balance of rent, tax, cleaning and deposit, are due 45 days prior to your stay. Your initial payment is 100% refundable (less a $50 per villa fee) up to 45 days prior to your stay. At 45 days, you must either cancel or pay your balance in full. Refunds for cancellations made within 45 days are subject to the property being rebooked. Every effort will be made to rebook as many of our vacation rentals as possible to ensure a 100% refund - less the $50 per villa fee. If rebooking is not possible, damage deposit, taxes and cleaning fee will, of course, be refunded.
When booking for a special event and exclusive use of the property, all five vacation rentals must be rented. Rates shown are for all 5 rentals together. |

We do require you to obtain event insurance (from your own carrier) indemnifying the owners, agents and employees of Ocean View Villas if you will be having "an event."

December - February: $1400 per night (2-night minimum, please) March - May: $2095 per night (3-night minimum, please) June - August: $2650 per night (3-night minimum, please) September - November: $2095 per night (3-night minimum, please) Additional costs include 10.5% San Diego occupancy tax, $400 cleaning fee and we also ask for a $1500 refundable damage deposit - returned following your stay. 50% of the rental amount is required to secure your reservation. beautiful Ocean View Villas. We were happy to occupy all five villas so that we had the
place to ourselves. The setting on the cliff by the ocean is glorious. The high surf while we
were there added excitement. We loved soaking and visiting in the Jacuzzi overlooking the
sea, grilling turkey sausages on the new grill and watching our toddlers play in the large,
sand "beaches" on the patio. We sat and visited on the patio area and searched the ocean
with binoculars, looking for dolphins and whales while pelicans flew by, sometimes stopping
to dive for fish. It was just beautiful! Thank you!”
